According with the Federal Law on Administrative Procedures (Ley Federal de Procedimiento Administrativo), proceedings and services carried out before the Commission are registered in a Federal Registry kept by Comisión Federal de Mejora Regulatoria.

Petitions and documents must be delivered, at most, on their expiration date and after business hours to the following e-mail oficialia@cfc.gob.mx

According with article 4 of the Regulations (Reglamento de la Ley Federal de Competencia Económica), petitions and documents received via e-mail will only be admissible, provided that the petition, its original attachments and receipt are presented at the Commission on the following working day. In the event that the terms of the petition and the documents presented at the CFC are different, information sent via e-mail will prevail.

Any petition or document sent by e-mail during the business hours of the filing office shall be considered as not presented.
