Each resolution, opinion, and statement must create bases for a pro-competitive market and favor the concurrence freedom. The economic development will be attained through legality with an impeccable foundation and motivation of the resolutions.

Mission

Protect the competition and free concurrence process through the prevention and elimination of monopolistic practices, and other restrictions of the efficient functioning of markets, to contribute to the society’s wellbeing.

Vision

Being an autonomous and efficient institution; recognized both nationally and internationally, due to its necessary and impartial acting developed by a highly specialized personnel.

Values

The Republic’s Federal Government has a code of ethics, which contains the values that civil servants must follow. The Comisión Federal de Competencia as a part of the Federal Public Administration has adopted that code, and has based its daily work in the following values:
